Chosen by Planet Aware for The Great Nurdle Hunt Exhibition
Nurdles are the raw plastic pellets that are lost at sea during transportation. Thousands of tonnes annually are lost into the oceans, a greater pollution than oil spills. After experiencing shorelines littered with them this winter I entered a competition to produce an artwork to tell the story that data from collection will help change legislation and clean up our oceans.
